Christine visited storage on Jul 26, 2024, and identified items that may be useful for convention:
There are 4 wooden signs that stand up with two sides each… One is in very good shape, others may not be so great… Planning to take at least one:
There are plastic signs that can be used:
There is an aisle that can be stretched quite tall (and a flip chart as well that I didn’t take a picture of):
There is a really long banner that says Welcome to WINS Convention.. I will clean and press it – maybe we can hang it up.
There are two heavy storage boxes on wheels that seem to include display stuff… MANY parts.. but no idea how to put it all together or what it looks like if set up… Suggest we have a closer look at these sometime, but probably not before this convention. Very heavy, even though they are on wheels.
There are a variety of display boards that fold up and pack into carrying bags… 2 large ones are made up…
